For a wooden bowling ball to maintain its spherical tolerances and roll trajectory in humid environments, the moisture content of the wood must be balanced prior to processing.
Our factories apply a scientific kiln-drying process that reduces the Equilibrium Moisture Content (EMC) of the wood down to 8%–10% before carving. This creates a stable internal cellular structure that resists the ambient humidity of Southeast Asia. We construct our bowling balls using premium hardwoods such as European Beech, hard maple, and birch. These tight-grained materials offer excellent drop resistance and a balanced weight distribution essential for accurate rolls.
